Deliveries

COUNTRYWIDE. By carrier

Charges vary according to weight of goods ordered, we try to use the most economical carrier, on a 3 day plan. If you order online, your delivery and packing  costs will be worked out automatically for you and charged to your card. Please remember beds are being made specially for you, most beds will be delivered within 21 to 28 days.

Once goods are ready for dispatch you will be told by e-mail of imminent 3 day delivery and must make arrangements for it to be received. Occasionally they excel themselves and get goods to  Scotland the next day, (without being paid any extra)

We give you as much information as possible so you can track this, but please remember we are in the hands of  the carrier, so cannot give any firm guarantees. Extra charges can be incurred if you are not in or have not made other arrangements.

We can get delivery on a specific day  for an extra charge including Saturday, if this makes life easier for you, Please call to discuss your needs. At present we are unable to deliver any of our furniture by carrier only our beds. Unfortunately delivery to the Highlands and Islands is dearer please phone for details and prices, or use contact us page.

LOCAL. Our van

Delivery is free within our local area (Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch).

Delivery is charged for orders under £200.00 outside of this area but within 30 miles.

To save you money, and to save time, limit pollution etc.,  we try to group our deliveries by area. Most beds should be delivered within 21 to 28 days, (specials and furniture may take a little longer)

You are always welcome to collect  your beds from us.
